New Frontier Farm is joining the "farm to fork" movement. "On call" guest chef Graham Dodds is making it happen right here in our small town of Corsicana, Texas.
Known as one of Dallas' premier chefs intent on using locally sourced and grown foods and products from local farms, he has embraced the "locavore" craze. This internationally trained chef will prepare a four course dinner paired with Texas wines from ingredients grown right here on the farm.
You'll enjoy a horse drawn wagon ride to the farm where chef Graham will prepare dinner right in front of your eyes. No secrets at this dinner! It's all in full view. Heck, you may even get to milk a goat if you are so inclined!
